Customer service Folkmanis, Inc. is the manufacturer of Folkmanis Puppets, so we sell in bulk to businesses.  For help with retail orders, please contact the retailer with whom you made your purchase.  If you made your purchase through the Shopatron system on our website, please contact support@firepoppy.com for any questions on your order.

Our customer service department can be reached at (510)658-7677.  Our office is open Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time.  For fastest service, please have your Folkmanis account number ready.  To place an order after our regular business hours, please fax it in to us at (510)654-7756.

Puppet suggestions:
New puppet suggestions Please let us know if you would like to suggest new puppets for future designs.  We will add your puppet suggestion to the inspiration list for our designers.  Please note that while we love to hear customer requests, but are not set up to manufacture custom puppet designs.  New Folkmanis puppet designs are based on popularity of request, regional considerations, fabric availability, and the designer's own imagination!
Mailing list for introduction of new puppets
Mailing list Folkmanis comes out with a group of new puppets in January and July of each year.  You're welcome to add your email address to our mailing list if you would like to be notified of our new arrivals.
