• MINIMUM ORDER: $200. (Initial orders must meet minimum)
• Reorders under $200 are subject to a $25 service charge.
• Freight: FOB Emeryville, California on all shipments including back orders.
• Back Orders: No back orders under $50 unless specifically requested.
• Fabrics are subject to change without notice, due to availability.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• All authorized claims and returns must be received within 30 days of delivery. Credit cannot be given for shopworn and/or price tagged items.
• Checking references may delay initial order 4 weeks.Prepay or request COD to speed order.
• No personal checks or cash accepted on COD shipments.
• Personal checks for pre-payment will delay order.
• Payment must be in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank.

For fastest service, please have your Folkmanis Customer ID ready. Your Customer ID is a letter followed by four numbers and can be found on your packing list or invoice.

Most Wholesale orders will be shipped from our Emeryville office (address below) two business days after receiving your order if placed before 2:30pm PST.

Folkmanis uses UPS Ground shipping. Please visit the UPS Site to estimate delivery times to your address. Express shipping is available, but please be advised that it can be extremely expensive.
Canadian orders are shipped via US Airmail unless otherwise requested.
