Order minimum is $200 to open an account and $200 per order.
After we've received your first order, you will be given your Customer Account Number. This can be found on your packing slip and Folkmanis® Invoice.
With your account number you can register for access to our Wholesale Customer website where you can: keep informed of our stock outages and status, download images for catalogs and websites, find out about new product releases, download product information such as SKUs, measurements and weights, signup for our wholesale customer newsletter and download our product safety certificates.
If you are a retailer you may call in your order at (800) 654-8922. Or order online, or fax or email your order. We ask that you fax or email in your first order.
Visa and MasterCard cards are the only credit cards accepted.
If your business is located in California or Washington State we require a resale certificate form with your first order.

The Buy Puppets Shopatron sales are for retail customers only there is no discount offered for schools or libraries through our retail website.
We offer this discount if the following conditions of sale are met:
Folkmanis, Inc. is the manufacturer and wholesale distributor of Folkmanis® Puppets. We distribute primarily to retailers. However, in support of the work of educators and therapists, we are happy to make our puppets available for institutional use at wholesale prices. To minimize competition with our retailers, we require adherence to the following conditions of sale. If, for some reason, these cannot be met, or if merchandise is needed for personal use or as a gift, please contact us for the name and telephone number of a retailer.
TO QUALIFY FOR WHOLESALE PRICES, OUR PRODUCT MUST BE USED IN YOUR INSTITUTION FOR EDUCATION OR THERAPY. We do not sell our puppets at wholesale prices for fund raising or personal use. California organizations must add appropriate (local county) sales tax. Freight: FOB Emeryville, CA. Customer pays all freight charges, including back orders. Freight and handling charge is 15% of merchandise total, COD orders excepted.

For new puppet suggestions please fill out this form if you would like to suggest new puppets for future designs. We will add your puppet suggestion to the inspiration list for our designers. Please note that while we love to hear customer requests, but are not set up to manufacture custom puppet designs. New Folkmanis puppet designs are based on popularity of request, regional considerations, fabric availability, and the designer's own imagination!
Folkmanis comes out with a group of new puppets in January and July of each year. You're welcome to add your email address to our mailing list below if you would like to be notified of our new arrivals.
