Folkmanis® Puppets Retailer Request for online access

This form is for retailers in the Western Hemisphere who who would either like to become a customer and/or existing customers that would like access to our secure online wholesale customer-only area. If you are in Europe, please visit our distributor at  http://www.folkmanis.de.  (If you are from another part of the world, click here for the name and address of your local distributor.) 

Once the form is filled out an email will be sent to Folkmanis, Inc. for review.   Once approved an email will be sent back to the email address submitted with your login credentials.

Please allow 1-2 business days for approval and/or a response back if we need any other information in order to approve your online access.  (Note: if your business is located in California - we will need a copy of your Reseller Permit for our records - please email to reseller permit or fax to 510-654-7756.)

Once approved to access the wholesale customer-only area you will have the ability to place online orders, keep informed of our stock outages and status, download images for catalogs and websites, find out about new product releases, download product information such as SKUs, measurements and weights and download our product safety certificates.
